By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from this Website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Shipping & Payment

We are aiming to dispatch all orders within 1 business day, and the current estimates are as below:

UK: 1–3 business days
Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Portugal and Spain: 1–4 business days
Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Austria, Italy, Czechia, Hungary and Poland: 3–8 business days
Other European countries (except Finland): 4–8 business days
All other destinations, including Finland: 6–12 business days

Please make sure your delivery details are correct. SmilePro is not responsible for customs fees incurred during transit.

Note: Our warehouse and carriers do not operate on weekends or public holidays.

Your right to cancel

If you live in the UK or the EU, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To cancel, email contact@smileproworldwide.com with your order number. You then have 14 days to send the items back.

We'll refund the price you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the items back or of you giving us proof that you've sent them, whichever is sooner. You pay the cost of returning the items. If an item has been handled more than needed to check it, for example used, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.

Items that can't be returned once opened. For health and hygiene reasons, whitening pens and gel, whitening strips, toothpaste and brush heads can't be returned under this right once their seal or packaging has been opened. Unopened items can be returned as above. This doesn't affect your rights if an item is faulty.

2. Returns and Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our Advanced Teeth Whitening Kit only.

To qualify for a refund:

Email contact@smileproworldwide.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return all items received in your Kit, including the LED light and used pens.
Provide a valid return tracking number.

Please note:

Partial returns will not be accepted.
Refunds apply only to your first purchase, not to subsequent or subscription orders.
Return shipping costs are not covered by SmilePro.

The 30-day satisfaction guarantee is valid only for our Advanced Teeth Whitening Kit, which is considered our initial starter kit. For any other packages that include the Advanced Kit, only the value of the Advanced Kit will be refunded. Additional products in those bundles are not eligible for return or refund. Other products can be returned under your right to cancel, above.

We process refunds within 3 business days of the return arriving. Your bank may then take up to 7 business days to show the refund. A confirmation email will be sent once processed.

3. Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order doesn't arrive, or arrives damaged, contact us at contact@smileproworldwide.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct. If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we can resend it once you've confirmed the right address, and may charge the cost of the second delivery.

Shipping Protection (optional)

You can choose to add Shipping Protection at checkout. It covers parcels that tracking shows as delivered but that you did not receive, including theft after delivery, and we send a replacement at no extra cost. To use it, contact us within 7 days of the order being marked as delivered. Shipping Protection is optional and does not affect your legal rights; lost-in-transit orders are covered whether or not you add it.

4. Product Use and Cautions

This Website provides cosmetic beauty and oral care products only. SmilePro Pty Ltd distributes but does not manufacture the products listed. This Website does not provide professional medical advice.

Please consult your dentist, doctor, or healthcare provider before purchasing or using any SmilePro product, especially if you have concerns about your dental or general health.

SmilePro is not liable for any complications, side effects, unexpected results, or adverse reactions from use of our products.

In case of a medical emergency, call 112 (EU) or 999 (UK) or contact your healthcare provider immediately.

Products must not be used if:

You are under 18 years old (for Teeth Whitening Kits, Gel Packs, Whitening Pens, Strips).
You are under 6 years old for Whitening Toothpaste.
You are pregnant or breastfeeding.
You have gum disease, oral infections, or have recently undergone dental surgery.
You have amalgam fillings without dentist consultation.

Use of the Teeth Whitening Kit, Gel Pack, Strips or Whitening Pen for longer than 14 consecutive days must be under the supervision of a dentist.

Discontinue use and consult a dentist immediately if irritation occurs, including redness, swelling, or soreness of the gums or mouth.

Do not swallow any whitening gel or toothpaste. Avoid direct contact of whitening gel with gums. Avoid contact with eyes. Products are not substitutes for regular dental care.

It is your responsibility to ensure you are not allergic to any of the product ingredients before use.

6. Results Disclaimer

Individual results vary. SmilePro products may not whiten dental work (crowns, veneers, fillings, bridges) or teeth affected by:

Thin enamel
Tooth decay or infection
Amalgam fillings
Antibiotic staining
Tooth trauma

10. Pricing & Modifications to Service

Prices are shown in the currency of your country and may change without notice. International banks may apply conversion fees. SmilePro reserves the right to cancel orders in case of technical or pricing errors. Customers will be notified, and payments refunded.

SmilePro may modify or discontinue any service, product, or part of this Website at any time without notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmilePro is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Website or products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes must be resolved in Queensland courts.
